At Royal Equine Accessories, we aim to deliver every order with care, efficiency, and attention to detail — ensuring your pieces arrive safely and beautifully packaged.

UK Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Free delivery on orders over £50
  • Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

Packaging

Every order is wrapped with our signature quiet-luxury presentation — minimal & thoughtful.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your REA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all tags still attached

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, please contact us and we’ll assist you with availability.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

We will respond with the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 working days for this to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items


In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

We will resolve this quickly and at no cost to you.
