How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. You will receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping will be added soon. For now, we ship within the UK only.
How will my order be packaged?
Every order is packaged with our signature quiet-luxury presentation — minimal, refined, and plastic-free wherever possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at lauren@royalequine.co.uk with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes — if the item is in stock. Email us and we’ll help with the exchange.
Sizing & Care
How do your sweatshirts fit?
All REA sweatshirts fit true to size. Size up for a relaxed or oversized look.
Is there a size guide?
Yes — you can visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit notes.
How should I care for my items?
Machine wash at 30°C, wash inside out, avoid tumble drying, and iron on reverse if needed. Full care instructions are included on each product page.

When does the first collection launch?
January 2026 — The First Chapter.
Will you restock items?
Most colours will restock, but limited editions may not. Follow us on Instagram and join our Founding Followers for early access.
Why tone-on-tone logos?
Because true luxury doesn’t shout. Our tone-on-tone emblem creates detail without excess — subtle, refined, and part of the fabric itself.
Where are your products made?
Our products are crafted with carefully selected suppliers to achieve durability, softness, and lasting shape retention. More details will be added at launch.
